Shipping Instructions
GotSneakers provides FREE shipping via FedEx for all Sneaker Recycling Partners located within the contiguous U.S. At this time, we do not service Hawaii, Alaska, or any of the U.S. territories.
All footwear will only be compensated if it is shipped within GotSneakers’ provided collection bags. GotSneakers will not accept any footwear shipped in other types of packaging supplies, including but not limited to boxes of any kind.
It is important to pair your sneakers together within the same bag to ensure that your sneakers qualify for compensation. All pairs not shipped together in the same bag will be categorized as non-paired and will not be eligible for payment.
We offer three (3) convenient options to coordinate your shipment of sneakers with FedEx. Please see below.
Give to your

Additional Shipping Information
- We kindly ask our partners to fill each bag(s) to maximum capacity before shipping. Each bag holds approximately 10-12 pair of adult size sneakers.
- Please DO NOT ship any unused bags to GotSneakers. If you are no longer collecting sneakers to recycle, please either keep your bags for future collections or simply insert any unused bags into your final shipment of sneakers.
